Until September 30, 2021 , I cannot advise or provide professional services to natural or legal persons, in any type of procedure, carried out in the Third Environmental Court .

The foregoing is explained because until September 30, 2019, I acted as Justice in the Third Environmental Court, and according to the third paragraph of article 11 of Law No. 20,600, which created the Environmental Courts, I find myself under the following prohibition:

«Likewise, they may not, for a period of two years counted from the time they ceased in the position of justice, advise or provide professional services to natural or legal persons in any type of steps that are carried out in the environmental courts located in the region in the that  exercised their position. Said term will be reduced to one year in the case of the other environmental courts."
