My professional and academic experience allows me to give talks, presentations, workshops, courses, conferences and seminars that are adapted to the needs of the audiences.

Some of the topics may be:

• Constitutional issues of the environment, water and natural resources.

• Issues on Environmental Law: for example, legal impacts of climate change at the national and international level.

• Matters related to Water Law.

• Natural Resources Law: for example, mine closure, legal management of the coastline.

• Public policies applied to the environment, water and natural resources.

• Free competition: for example, water markets.

• Economic regulation: for example, incorporation of environmental obligations and rates of drinking water companies; transfer pricing in the drinking water industry.

 

These activities can be taught in both Spanish and English.
